       WorkCover

· Patients who injure themselves in the workplace are eligible for Physiotherapy and Pilates treatment with a referral from their doctor. The patient must first report their injury to their employer and fill out all necessary internal paperwork.

 

· Patients will be required to fill out our registration forms and the employers/insurer will be contacted for verbal confirmation of a WorkCover claim.

 

· The patient will be responsible for the costs of all treatments in the event the WorkCover claim is denied by the employer/insurer. 

 

· Currently our clinics absorb the treatment fee gap for WorkCover treatments on behalf of the patient.

Early recovery and return to work is the best medicine

 

· If you are  injured in a motor vehicle accident and the owner or driver of the vehicle at fault is registered in South Australia, or if you are injured in a motor vehicle accident in which the vehicle at fault is South Australian registered, you may be eligible for physio under M.A.C. You will require a referral from your treating Dr.

· Patients will be required to fill out our registration forms and the M.A.C. will be contacted for verbal confirmation of a M.A.C. claim. Please bring your claim number and/or contact person at MAC if you have one.

 

· The patient will be responsible for the costs of all treatments in the event the M.A.C. claim is denied by the employer/insurer.

 

· Currently our clinics absorb any  treatment fee gap for M.A.C. treatments on                   behalf of the patient.
